A: You can view your calorie and macronutrient totals by clicking on the banner with the date that you want to view. A nutrition fact panel will pop up, providing total calories and total intake of standard macronutrients.
Q: How do I view my calorie totals for the day?

jim bobby Wouldn't it be great if this app ACTUALLY correctly counted calories based on macros? Instead they use a FDA calorie rounding calculation that totally throws off your calories. I've been told by the app I am 125 calories short of my daily goal, but yet, according to macros, I am actually around 5 calories over. Goodbye diet...thanks nutrition(ex)
LOL! The photo above explains it all...macros calculate out to 1617 calories, but the app says 1640. WRONG!

BethMartinez https://2player.co The feature of viewing my total calories for the day is very useful for me, as it allows me to closely monitor and manage my nutritional goals. This is very important as I try to live a healthier life and maintain my weight.
